Mental health is important for everyone. Sometimes we need help in finding new ways to make life easier and remove the stressors in our lives.
According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, 1 in 5 Canadians will experience mental health issues in their lifetime.
Mental health affects all of us, young and old, rich and poor, all cultures, every disability, from coast to coast.
Do you need a counsellor to work through personal struggles and life issues?
Deaf & Hear Alberta is grateful for receiving funding from United Way for the “Mental Health Support” program and have contracted H.O.P.E Inc to offer counselling services in American Sign Language.
To confidentially reach out for counselling in ASL, contact H.O.P.E. Inc – Dee Dee Kay directly to book an appointment at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone/text: 403-403-605-9536.
